Terms and conditions

1. The service

Hidro Bus S.A.C. is an interprovincial land transport company operating tourist routes between Cusco, Ollantaytambo, Santa Teresa and Hidroelectric. The hidrobus.com platform lets you check routes, schedules and seat availability in real time, and book online.

2. Bookings

No account is needed to book. The booking is confirmed once payment is made and is sent to the email address you provide, together with the booking code. Traveller details (name and passport or ID document) must match the document presented at boarding.

3. Prices and payments

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and can also be paid in soles (PEN) at the current exchange rate. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express. All payments are processed with SSL encryption.

4. Pick-up and boarding

The service includes pick-up from your accommodation in Cusco or from the meeting point shown on your ticket. You must be ready 15 minutes before the stated time; late arrival is subject to vehicle and seat availability.

5. Changes and rescheduling

Rescheduling is free up to 12 hours before departure (50% penalty within 12 hours). The full conditions are in the Rescheduling policy. Requests are accepted at hello@hidrobus.com or on +51 973 825 887.

6. Luggage and liability

Each passenger may carry up to 10 kilos of luggage. The company is not responsible for personal belongings left behind on the vehicle. Travelling with pets or handling dangerous objects on board is not allowed.

7. Privacy policy

The personal data you provide (name, document, email, phone) is used solely to manage your booking, issue your tickets and contact you about your trip. We do not share your data with third parties outside the operation of the service.

You can request the correction or deletion of your data by writing to hello@hidrobus.com from the email address used for the booking.
